Strategy

Any organization has a strategy, that can be explicit or implicit. In the latter, it means that the level of awareness and alignment within the organization is not high. Making a strategy more explicit and using the definition of Michael Porter (HBR, Dec. 1996), 

"a strategy is the creation of a unique and valuable position involving a different set of activities"
